Watermark Unchecking Semitransparent - Keep As Default

Format + Background + Printed Watermark + Text Watermark: Anyone know how to
change the default of it being checked to unchecked? A reghack or a setting
change?

I came to this message board looking for the same thing. I have a user who
has asked me if we can change the default setting for this to unchecked. Can
this be done?
