WAV Files

Does any one know how to Graph a WAV file or represent a WAV file numerically. I
need to analyze different WAV files.

I don't know much about it myself, but I did a Google search for "wav file
analysis" and got a couple pages of hits.........one talks about a GUI for
Wav-file analysis...........
