way start date and end date on calender event jumps?

I'm testing Entourage I think is a great program but I experienced a
problem when make a Task or a Calender Event.

I choose the start date for today for exemple and when I save it jumps
to next mouth on the same day (ex. 21 Nov jumps to 21 Dec)

Way this happen? How can I fix this?

It's probably due to some weird incompatibility between Entourage an
International System Preferences.
