Web Component - Include Content - Page problem

I am using FrontPage 2003, running on a server with FP Extensions.

I have created a menu with roll-overs.
The menu itself is here and works fine.

However, when I put it on a page, such as the index page (link below)
when I mouse-over the graphics get lost.

Can someone help with this please?

When you include a page only the part between <body> and </body> is
included. That means that the script you use to change pictures simply
isn't there causing the effect you see.
