Hi:
From yesterday the web mail from outside of the network got problem after typing the user ID and the Password.
Internally is working fine, pages open without any problem, but from outside everytime when the little screen for the user ID and password appear and anyone type their user name and their password doesn't open the e-mails instead shows a blank page on the screen.

Your help on the matter will be greatly appreciate it.

Try asking in an Exchange forum or even an Internet Explorer forum. This
forum is for Microsoft Office Outlook and Outlook Web Access is part of
Exchange.
