Web page problem

Hi,

I built a web page using powerpoint, mainly because it was user-friendly and
I've never done this before. I'm running into a problem because users want to
be able hit a "back" button and get back to the page they arrived from. I
built a button to link to the page they most likely came from, but arrival
pages can be accessed through a variety of ways.

I was wondering if there was some sort of program or scripting that would
make a "back" feature to wherever they just came from, short of manually
making 10 identical arrival pages with "back" buttons linking to specifc ways
they could have gotten there.

Any ideas?

Use something other than PowerPoint for designing your web pages. It is not an
easy task to work with the html coding that is produced by PowerPoint. The code
below creates a button, and tells the browser (-1) to go back on page.

<FORM><INPUT TYPE="button" VALUE="Back" onClick="history.go(-1);return true;">
</FORM>
