Web Query Sleep for until results come

Hello all excel users-

I have excel call a CGI, which runs a script on a UNIX box. The scrip
runs for 3 minutes and the spits out a file. I was wondering how t
make excel wait the 3 minutes, and not crap out with no data? Is i
possible to make excel wait or sleep that long while it waits?
