Web Shortcuts

Anyone know how to add a website as a shortcut in Outlook 2003? When you click "Add New Shortcut" it just gives you a dialog with folders to add.

drag it from the address bar in IE. You can also drag existing shortcuts
from favorites etc. You can add shortcuts to just about anything - exe's,
images, etc. just drag them from WinExplorer.
