web sites design firm, project 2003 template

Hello all,

I just got a new job in a web site design company and I'm looking for a
template that will help me organize some 8-10 different website constructions
simultaneously from a 5-6 programmer-designer team.

You know, when it starts, demo concepts, programming period, debugging,
final adjustments and client presentation and testing period (client side).
