WebCore Crashes

Is there any news on a fix for WebCore crashes? Mine are occurring 2-4 times
per day. I tried the suggested fixes but they are merely guesswork by
good-intentioned volunteers because I can't find anything official from MS
that describes the problem and what they are doing about it.

An August post said MS and Apple were "investigating" the problem. Well, for
a business application these crashes are not acceptable without some
official word on what they are doing to fix it. Is this a case of each party
(Apple and MS) pointing the finger at the other or is someone actually
working on fixing this issue?

Sorry about the rant but people who pay good money for a business
application deserve better. Thanks for any update anyone has about this
problem.

Oh yeah, I have sent MS feedback.

Out of curiosity, are you using 1Password (and if yes, what version)?

No, I do not use 1Password.

I believe the incompatibility is between Safari Webkit and Entourage's
utilization of it, correct?

Well I'm not sure. It that was the case, the problem should be far more
widespread.
I'm not seeing the issue for instance so that's why I'm wondering
whether you might be using something that might affect WebKit.

Glims maybe? Or GoogleGear?, CoolIris?? Anything of the sort?

Is there any way to work in a new User for a while to see if it crashes
there?

Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching.

You can move your Identity folder to Shared. In the New User, drag from
Shared (it actually copies) to the new Microsoft User Data folder.

My sympathies.
