Outlook Webmail: "Error: Access is Denied" instead of text when replying
Problem: Webmail user tries to reply to someone's email. Instead of the
text from the original message appearing below message, you get the text
"Error: Access is Denied" under the response (see below).

Solution: After "googling" the world and searching all over the Microsoft
web site, I could find other people with the same problem. I could NOT find
a solution.
I rolled up my sleeves and discovered that another PC that does not have
this problem has ONE major difference.
In Internet Explorer (or your favorite browser), navigate to:
Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced
Scroll down to HTTP 1.1 settings.
Select "Use HTTP 1.1"
Apply
You should now see the text of the reply when you respond to webmail messages.
