Webpage emails come across as attachments

Hi there

When my business partner forwards webpage-based emails to my pc from
his Mac, it comes across as a bundle of individual attachments -
usually a combination of .jpegs and .txt files.

This doesn't happen when I receive these from anyone else - can anyone
tell me if this is due to his settings or mine and what can be done to
remedy this?

Thanks

If it were your settings, then all mail would appear similar. So, it must
be the way he's packaging his messages to you. He's not embedding the
images in the HTML.
