I'm new to all of this and I'm using the template for the Wedding Guest
Tracker. I got down to row 41 and there is no more rows after that. How do
I add more rows?

Try Right click > Insert >Then Select Entire Row

can you just press enter while in the last of a row good luck on you future
wedding

Not if you are inside of a cell. You need to make sure you are on the
outside of the far right cell.
