Weird and Unacceptable Email Issue

Using Entourage 2004:

I typed the first few letters of a friend and it placed his address in
the TO field. I have sent him countless emails.

This time, however, it sent the email to his girlfriend. Apparently, she
sent me an evite awhile ago with his name attached to the evite email,
so when Entourage downloaded it, it was saved to his contact info with
her email.

I checked his contact info in Entourage and her email address is not in
there.

1. How can I disable this feature so it never does this again -- saving
someone else's info to another contact?

2. How can I delete her info from his contact even though it is not in
his contact?

Hi Mick!

The information is part of the Most Recently Used list, not Contacts.
Have a look at this page on The Entourage Help Page for more information
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/glossary/mru.html>.

You can disable this feature in Entourage --> Preferences... --> Mail &
News Preferences --> Compose --> Recent Addresses.
