OK, IT guy (not me) set up a new MacBook Pro with his Exchange userID and password, to test/confirm settings with the company Exchange server.
Once he knew this was working, rather than creating a NEW identity, he changed the account info (username/password, Account name) to the president of the company, re-sync'd everything.
When IT guy now sends an email to the president of the company, the "full name" of the IT guy is the president of the company. President of the company is not amused.
Of course, nuking the identity and creating a new one would probably fix this, however the president has a ton of email (will take hours and hours to re-download/re-sync)... is there any other way to fix this?
