what are error messages

recipient was rejected I cant send email....it tell me that the recipient was
rejected by the server...then list the name of the email and the address that
was rejected... how do I get it to let me respond to emails?

Not your problem unless all your email is rejected. Your server blocks mail
to that receiver's email address. Maybe a spammer address or a phony
"phishing" email. Check with your Internet Service Provider. (ISP)
