I understand that there is a known problem when selecting which
business phone fields to use when entering numbers which will use
Microsoft ActiveSync to a Microsoft WM2003 pocket PC and be used in
Microsoft Pocket Outlook.
Logically I want to enter in desktop Outlook 2002 a company's
telephone number in "Company Main Phone" field. Also logically I
want to enter a business contasct of that company into the "business
phone" field.
This I can do in Outlook 2002 however when the data is synched to the
pocket pc the data from the "Company Main Phone" is not trasnferred
to any pocket pc field.
This appears to be a major inherent flaw in the pairing of otherwise
two excellent products.
Is there a fix? If not what is the get-around advice?
