what do i do if ive lost my cd key code

hi ive just bought a brand new laptop and installed my windows disc, but
without thinking i threw the packet it came in away before installing the
disc. i got the laptop 2 months ago and ive lost the wrapper the cd came in
so dont have the key code to finish the installation what can i do????

This forum deals with MS Project. I think you need to contact MS and
see what they say. Knowing them, best of luck!

Neil,
Your vendor should have a record of the software installed on the PC, from
that you should be able to retrieve the key.

However if the s/a was NOT pre-installed or supplied, then try your luck
with MS.
