What do you do with FINISHED projects?

S

Sammy

I love the Project Center functions of Entourage 2004, but I'm a bit
stymied as to what to do with a finished project. I'm a freelance
writer, so my professional life and organizational needs are very
task-oriented. I do probably five or six articles a month, each of which
I assign its own project. My project list is now growing rapidly.

What are my best options? How are people handling their completed
projects?

thanks

Sammy

File/Export/Archive/Project

There is an option in the Archive process to delete the original from
Entourage if you wish. If you ever need to go back into it, just import the
Archive.

Until you're ready to archive, you can go into the Project, click
Properties, and uncheck the Due Date, if you don't want to be told you're
ever more overdue.
