What files to copy?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Just got a new Mac.

Was using Office 2008 on old machine. Want to transfer files (settings, folders, etc.) from old to new, but Entourage won't import all that data using the assistant.

What files from the old computer do I need to copy to the new to get all my mail folders to the new machine?

Take the entire Microsoft User Data folder and move it to the same
location on the other Mac.
You can also consider copying the prefernece files, but I like to re-do
them manually once in a while as they tend to get corrupted. It's well
worth the "investment"
