What IF? or IF

I would be grateful if anyone can help as clearly as possible.

I have two columns.
Column A is Region (N,S,E,W), Column B is Revenue (£)

in the third column (c) I wish to put a formula in, it is as follows:

If Column A = E, and Revenue is greater than 20 increase by 8%
If Coumn A = E, and Reveune is less than 20, No change.
If Column A = N,S,W no change to Revenue.

I need to use IF/ AND I think? it is on my Mock ECDL exam paper, so I may
have to use it in the real exam, and will have to print the formaula off. I
can only use the functions list and not create my own version of this formula.

M

Max

If Column A = E, and Revenue is greater than 20 increase by 8%
If Coumn A = E, and Reveune is less than 20, No change.
If Column A = N,S,W no change to Revenue.

This might be sufficient to satisfy the above criteria ..

Put in C2: =IF(AND(A2="E",B2>20),B2*1.08,B2)
Copy down
