What is a Outlook\ Output File ?

When I add data to a calendar and try to print it ask if I have the Output
file.
When I open Outlook and check there are about 100 output files - what do I
Do to get a print of it?

What printer are you printing to? It sounds like you have "print to file"
turned on for that printer.

Sue: It's a Lexmarx X83 - The printer works fine but it seems to what me to
find an
output file that dictates how to print my format? Does that make sense?
