what is blocking my incoming mail to outlook?

Whenever I try using outlook some of my mail does not come into my inbox. If
I go over to outlook express all of my mail come through. What am I doing
wrong in setting up outlook. I have run the test for delivery and get no
error messages.

If you hit F9 while in Outlook does your mail get downloaded? Maybe you
haven't set Outlook up to automatically poll for mail?

So broad- you really need to give some details if you want some help.
What are the email addresses of those you don't get? Is there anything in
common with them? How do they differ from those you do receive? Do you have
any rules set? Do you have anti-spam software that may be blocking them?
