It clearly isn't used at all in teaching proper capitalization, punctuation
or composing a coherent sentence.

By asking the RIGHT question, the RIGHT way, the RIGHT answer could've been:
"Educational Use is a licensing restriction for MS OFFICE SUITE for Teachers
and Students." That particular Suite of MS Office(R) products is specifically
designed for the educational sector (Schools and students, K-Post-Grad). It
has fewer bells and whistles than the MS Office that a business can purchase,
and MAY NOT be used by a for profit licensee. A for profit licensee must
purchase MS OFFICE.
Licenses mean things and have contractual restrictions. Read it CAREFULLY.
