I purchased a direct mail list from citydirectory.com. I have saved it in
Excel 2000. I had ordered all possible contacts for each address and what I

Peterson of 108 Oak Street is on Row#10, but I want to address the form
letter to Ray and Jane Peterson. What I am looking for is the most efficient
method to combine names of the same address onto only one row. Is it even
plausible that I don't have to just cut and paste and delete to consolidate
the residents of the same address onto one entry? I appreciate any help or
direction anyone can offer. Thank you!
