What is the Sync Issues folder for, and can I delete it?

My personal Exchange email...hosted through 1and1.com has a "Sync
Issues" folder that shows up in Entourage, while my work Exchange
email does not have one.

What is this folder for, and can I safely delete it?

I have that too, I think it carried over from my Outlook profile. I
got it after installing a Treo750 on my old PC.

If you arent running anything that requires iSynch or Palm software I
think it might be safe to do so.

I have this same folder from my Palm software.
