What power point program is reccommended for home email use?

I have several emails sent weekly that require power point presentation and I
would like to ask what someone would recommend for myself. I only use it at
home to open up emails and do not need an expensive version. Is there a
version available to download that is either inexpensive or free? What
exactly do I need and what is the best way to get it.
