What should the margins be set at for a #10 envelope?

When I attached an envelope to a Word 2002 document, I got the error message
"The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page. Do
you want to continue?" How can this be possible when I set it up using
Tools/Letters and Mailings/Envelopes and then selected a #10 envelope. In
print preview it looks exactly right, but nothing will print.
