what template can i use for a church statement of belief

i am trying to write a marriage ministry guideline and statement of beliefs
for my church and dont know what template to use.

I suspect you won't find one - you'll have to make your own up.

Templates are just format. I suspect you need content and that's not
something we cover here. Heaven forbid you allow *us* to write your church's
statement of beliefs. That's a really spooky thought!
