What template will work for Avery filing labels 8478?

I have some Avery Filing Labels (8478). The suggested template is Microsoft
Word 8366. I cannot find 8366 template. Can anyone help or tell me what
other template might work? The size says 1/3 cut....

Without knowing which program and version you're using, I can tell you that
Avery 8478 labels are built into Word 2007.
