Front page? Dreamweaver, Publisher, Word or something simple and free? I want
some easy way to prepare an Enewsletter and store it in HTML to mail to a
list of about 1,000. (I know that all the images need to reside on my
web-site.).

I think about a 1,000 people will be much happier if you put the
newsletter on a webpage on your website and send them an email
with a link to the webpage. FrontPage and Dreamweaver are made
for creating HTML. You could also use Word, but Word generates
really ugly HTML.

Publisher does pretty emails but they aren't true HTML. But you wouldn't
need to worry about where the images are stored.
