What's the best way to keep a large list of addresses?

I am working on a family reunion, and one of my responsibilities is to keep
track of a list of addresses for the entire family. What is the best way to
store this list? (Additional concern, I would like to be able to easily
print labels based on this list) I have Outlook Express and the Office XP
suite, but I do not have Microsoft Access. My current plan is to keep track
of the addresses in an Outlook Express contacts database and then export the
addresses to Microsoft Word to print the labels. The only problem with this
plan so far is that entering the addresses in Outlook Express isn't as
efficient as I would like.

Use Outlook instead. Since it is included with Office, export your Outlook
Express addresses to Outlook. You can then use the Outlook Mail Merge to
send items to selected members or to all. Use Categories on your contacts
to distinguish them.

Oops - I was using Outlook, not Outlook Express - I didn't know about the
Mail Merge feature though, so that helps a lot. Thanks!
