What's with the filters???

I give up with the junk mail filter. Things labeled "generic viagra" and
"make lenders compete for your loan skjdas" pass by as fine, but just
now, a reply from a friend who is IN MY ADDRESS BOOK was labeled as
junk. I have no idea what content could have triggered the junk mail
label--there was nothing that should--and as soon as I clicked "this is
not junk mail" the message listing changed color and category to the
"friends" status.

Hi Scott,

It sounds like mild database corruption. Try a database rebuild. Hold down
the Option key while opening Entourage and choose Typical from the rebuild
dialog. If that doesn't work, try an Advanced rebuild.

While rebuilds do not affect your data, it's always a good idea to make a
backup of your Main Identity located in your Microsoft User Data (MUD)
folder. If you'd noted your OS and Entourage version numbers, I could have
told you how to find it !!

When the rebuild is completed successfully, open your Main Identity folder
and trash the "old" file(s) you'll find there.
