I am creating an evaluation form with a 1-5 scale in each category. If you
choose the button under the "1" rating column, the number "1" is added to
another cell. If you choose the button under the "3" rating column, a "3" is
added to that same cell, but now totals up to "4". You get the idea.
Is there a way to do this with the Forms toolbox or a Macro?
