When exporting my outlook contacts mapping doesn't list all field

When trying to export my contacts to Excel the mapping doesn't list all the
fields for the contacts. For instance, the field Nicknames or File as are not
listed as options. How do I get to export these fields to Excel. I have
exported these to Excel in the past on another computer successfully. Both my
current computer and my crashed computer use Microsoft Office 2002
Professional.
