When I copy MS Access Report to MS Word Processor using MS Word link, some
lines are duplicate. What is the reason for duplicate copying some
information?
Impossible to say, really. The problem is certainly at the Access end. When
you use this tool, Access looks at the layout of your report, then creates a
file in RTF format to try and duplicate it. The results you get when this is
opened in Word are unpredictable, and not always useable. The few times I've
used it, I've never noticed that it ever duplicated anything, though...
If you open it in WordPad do you see the same? Are the duplications always at
the end (or beginning) of a page?
Which version of Word are you using?
