when I forward or reply to an HTML email it changes to plain text

Often when I reply or forward a message in Outlook 2003 it changes the format
to plain text. This seems to happen randomly - in other words, not every
time; not every format. I cannot find a tool or option or setting to make
sure that when I reply to an email it stays in the same format in which it
was written. This is particularly annoying when I forward a message with a
website link and it loses the hyperlink.

Anyone know where I might find a setting that would control this? Thanks.

Often it can be that you have your emails are set to read all emails in HTML
~ but when you reply or forward one that was originally sent in plain text ~
then it reverts to plain text as it is no longer a read only document !! (IMO)

Just found what your looking for ~ Go to TOOLS ~ OPTIONS ~ SEND
UNTICK the last box which reads " Reply to messages using the format in
which they were sent " and they should all go as HTML if that is what you
want.
