When I right Click on a message, I need a NEW message

When I right click on a message, a menu pops out. I need to send a new email
to that contact. Reply will insert the old message. I don't need the old
message.

It would be helpful if you mentioned what version of Outlook you're
using. In Outlook 2003 right-click the sender's address and choose Send
Mail.
