When Recieving emails adds Toolbar items

Hi,
Im getting an issue that I was hoping someone might know then answer. When
I recieve an email in outlook 2003 from someone who has more toolbar items
then me. Their toolbar items are then added to my outlook bars???? When I go
to send my next email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's very odd. What kind of toolbar items are you seeing?

What I suspect is happening is that you send your messages in one format
(like Plain Text) and you are receiving your mail in another format (like
HTML). Outlook replies using the same format as the original message and,
since that causes another message format to be chosen than that which you
usually use, you see more buttons on the toolbar or, in fact, more toolbars.
