When sending a message, one or more receipients are removed before sending without warning...

We have a problem with several users. Occassionally when they send a
message
one or more of the receipients will be removed once they have clicked
send.
Most of the time this is not caught because the message continues on
and is
sent to the other receipients that were left. However, if there was
only one
receipient to begin with then the message will just sit in the Outbox.
I
have seen a lot of weird things in Oulook but this one has me baffled.


Any suggestions??
