Has this happenned after the initial activation of the Blackberry or over a
period of time since you have been using this device?
Also you might want to check on the BB Calendar Options - "keep
appointments" is set to forever, and the "Delete on" under Email options set
to Handheld Only.
IF Keep appointments is set to ex:15days and the Delete ON is set to Mailbox
and Handheld, there are chances for the problm you have mentioned.
