when using "reply" button, the "to" address different than original

Hi Everyone,

Our company has recently encountered a problem when
replying to an original email where the reply to address
changes the spelling of the original senders address. We
are using Outlook 2002, sp-3 and the problem is with names
with the letter "z" in them. Example:

(e-mail address removed) (correct address)

when clicking the reply button the to address becomes:

(e-mail address removed) (changes the "z" to an "x")

Has anyone else experienced this issue. If so, help in
solving greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
