Bill - I second that comment and description on hosted service from
Matt. We use an exchange service that is hosted with Intermedia
(
www.intermedia.net) and they provide excellent service and support.
I woul go even further than Matt and say that for 40 users (around what
we have) it still makes sense to go hosted rather than in-house given
redundancy (don't depend on your ISP) and maintenance/updates (you will
almost always have the latest setup).
Also - It integrates Entourage pretty well although not fully since you
dont have support for tasks and a couple of other items. shared
calendards and contact lists work though as well as public folder
discussions (non-task items).

to drop close to $10k when all is said and done unless you're willing to

fighting the Mac/Exchange integration battle for years and its a rough

organization and its worth it but I'd never even consider it for less than
