Where are Entourage's email & address book files located in Mac OS X?

Can anybody tell me where to find Entourage's email and address book
files in Mac OS X? I would like to burn both of these files to disk
and them import them to another Mac.

I know how to do this in Mac OS 9, but have no idea how to do it in
Mac OS X.

It's actually quite similar to OS 9 -- Entourage data is saved in the
Microsoft User Data folder in the user's Documents folder. The
Documents folder is located in your home folder, as opposed to OS 9
where it's on the root folder of the Hard Disk.
