Where are Outlook print settings stored?

Hi,

Our outlook 2000 clients all seem to have a similar printing problem. The
printer's page settings are all set to use A4 paper sizes, but Outlook
somehow doesn't use these settings.

When I take a look at the Memo and Table print styles, they are still set to
letter. So I'm thinking of copying these styles, editing them so they use A4
and distributing them to our clients. But I can't find where they're stored.

We install Windows using unattended install and Office using an
Administrative Installation point and a transform file.
