Where are Views stored?

I have created a whole bunch of custom "Views" in my Outlook Tasks module
(e.g. columns shown, sort order, general formatting etc).

Being the cautious type, I want to make sure that I have a backup of these
View settings so that I can recreate them easily should disaster strike.

So, where is the View information stored?
