I've had most success with maps by using Microsoft Visio. Manipulating
data/color/etc. is easy in Visio and then simply copy and pasting over to
Powerpoint.
I Googled "canada map powerpoint" and got lots of links that might be what
you want. However I didn't see any freebies. Or even cheapies.
