Where can I download a template for a funeral order of service?

I need to do an order of service for my uncles' funeral - does anybody know
where I can download a template to get me started?

I've seen some things online that can help but you're going to have to edit
some other kind of template to suit your needs. You find it's easier to
just allow the funeral home to prepare something.
