where can I download the control of pjGrid.ocx?

where can I download the control of pjGrid.ocx? I am redeveloping the
software of project.But when I install the project2002,I can only find the
pjgrid.dll without the pjGrid.ocx. I want to know where can I download the
pjGrid.ocx.Thank you.

I think you might need Project Server to get that control.
There are probably restrictions on its use as well. If you are going to
redistribute it I think you had better get clearance from Microsoft.
