Where can I find a template to print a 3 part bank check?

I need to have a template for printing 3-part bank checks. In a former job,
we had a Word document that utillized the F2 (function key) to open in a box
where we typed in the Date, Name of the Payee, Dollar Amount (numerical) and
Dollar Amount (spelled out - i.e. Five-Hundred and no/100---), plus a
remitter or check purpose line. This info filled into all the proper places
on all 3 portions of the check form - which is a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet.
Can anyone point me to something that will help me with this? I have
several users in the office that type several checks a day. So we want to be
able to save it on a share drive.
